i just wanted to thank you
for all you taught me,
and thank you for destroying me
so i would have to rebuild me
so much stronger than i thought
that i could ever be.
i found someone to make me
see that i could live without you.
and as each day passes
i grow stronger and stronger
than i was before you destroyed me.
when you came into my life
i thought i was completly lost
and that you had somehow
managed to find me.
now i know that it was all
wishful thinking, hope you could
be someone more than you were
