A little bit of everything, but I'm playing the hell out of Guitar Hero and GHII right now (yeah, I arrived late to that party). I've got a huge collection of games but the majority of them fall into the RTS or RPG genres, with a few Action and Platformers in there, along with some BeMani games (if you don't know the term, ask - I'll talk about them)
Music
If it's got a good beat, then I'm listening. Hard Rock holds a place in my CD collection right next to the Classical and the Techno - my tastes are pretty eclectic. I've got a sick amount of music in my iTunes catalog, and it runs the gamut as well.
