Ok my partner and i are in the middle of a divorce, his lawyers have told mine that we have to split everything equally. The proceeds from the sale of the house, the furniture, everything!! The law says that everything should be split equally.
I'm a little pissed at this considering that the house was mine before i met him and all the furniture was mine too.
I have three teenagers to consider and considering he already has a furnished appartment and we have to find another house to go to i'm sure that this isn't right.
