Ingredients:
Scallops:
¾ lb bay scallops
Spice Mixture
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 medium onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup minced parsley
3 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp coriander
Fresh ground pepper to taste
Tobasco sauce to taste
Instructions:
1. Mix together all the ingredients of the Spice Mixture.
2. Add scallops to the spice mixture and let marinate for 20 minutes.
3. Steam the scallops over boiling water for about 2 minutes.
4. Place scallops on a tray to be served.
