I am a single mother of 37 successful children. I have 2 biological sons 18 and 25. The other 35 I took in for a number of months up to 8 years for 1 set of 5 siblings. No, I am not a foster mother, I just believe it takes a village to raise a child. My youngest just left for Albany State and signed with them as a pitcher, 1 was shot and killed, 2 in the military, the rest in college or graduated with at least a Bachelor degree. I believe education is important, I am a bilingual teacher. I have 2 AS degrees in technical fields, a CDA(Childhood Development Associate),a BS in Management, 2 classes away from my Masters in Education and fluent in 3 languages. I believe in giving back to my community. I volunteered for decades as a baseball coach, soccer coach, basketball coach and band parent. I volunteered as den mother for the scouts, Bible study instructor, transport director at the hospital, translator and intake director local food pantries, served on the board of directors for a community outreach program, and website administrator for 3 charities. I put God first.
