i love people and want to talk to as many as i can---...

I volunteer alot and love every minute of it. Im always up for helping people with problems. I love writing and photographyi want to make a career of it so im going to F.I.T. in the fall to study. i also enjoy talking on the phone. My favorite soda is Sprite, and yes, its diet, and caffeine free, but i dont care, its good [whatever it is], i like school, and i dont care if you call me a nerd for that. I basically live in the auditorium- i love my teachers and i love my friends, and sometimes i even love my family... im a rather positive person. Just because i criticise things, doesnt make me a cynic and im not a bad person because of it. I live by the motto "No Day But Today" and its absoloutly true. Worry about now, not later, not before.

I love anything thats not unintelligable screaming/rapping... if it has a good beat and some decent lyrics that i can understand im definately interested... i listen to a lot of ska and i guess 'emo' music... but i honeslty like almost every type of music... i play in a jazz band/marching band so we play old stuff like the beatles and EWF and stuff... and then i have my oldschool backstreet boys! hahah yes i am a 18 yeargirl who now and then, still enjoys the backstreet boys... WHATEVER its my dirt little secret, or...not so secret. i also believe that music does not define your 'position' in the social chain... just because i listen to punk music doesnt reaaally mean im punk, punk is an attitude... and just because i like to listen to music thats on the sadder side, does not mean im emo..... (which i am not)... i also feel that music is the most underappreciated form of expression... i mean, everyone likes music, and listens to it and loves it, but i feel that bands some times get too carried away on money and image and what they are and what genra that they just dont play from their hearts anymore... or theyre more worried about how many people they can get to come to a show, then about how they sound... those are the only negatives in the music industry... being greedy and being conceided.....

some of my fav movies would have to be: the breakfast club, empire records, blow, almost any (including Secret Window) jonny depp movie (but im ont one of those psycho obbsessor people- i just think hes talented), um... harold and kumar go to white castle, napolean dinomite, platoon, war of the worlds, drop dead fred,... some young kid stuff like fern gully and some bw stuff like the grapes of wrath....basically anything that wont make me fall asleep while im watching it, and makes me think alittle bit...

my idols are my friends, family, teachers, and anyone who has ever helped me with anything in my life. also, i support the soldiers who faught/are fighting for our country 100%, weather the war is just or not is irrelevant to the fact that they are over there serving our safety, and for that i am truely thankful.
