Yield: 4 servings Serving Size: 3.000 ounces 2/3 cup light mayonnaise 1 tsp worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup diced onion 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper 5-1/2 oz uncooked alaska king crab 5-1/2 oz raw, shrimp 1 Tbsp trans-fat free blend margarine Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees Celcius), grease 1- 1/2 quart casserole with margarine, set aside 2. In a bowl, combine, crab, shrimp, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise and worcestershire sauce 3.
