Ingredients
* 1 lb ground beef
* 1 lb ground pork (or bulk sausage)
* 1/4 C green onion, chopped
* 1/4 C soy sauce
* 1/2 C chicken broth
* 1 egg, slightly beaten
* 1 C bread crumbs
* 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl
3. Shape 6 meatballs and place into a 9"x13" baking pan
4. Bake for about 45 minutes, make sure that the meat is no longer pink
5. Serve with teriyaki veggies or mashed potatoes.... or both :)
