I never knew my self worth and all it entailed
UntilI got arrested and hauled off to jail
As I got finger printed and all booked in
The officer simply told me my charges would depend
We received an anonymous call that you've been full of rage
Now open up your Bible and turn to the first page
You see GOD loved you from the very start
Yougot to let go of hatred and open up your heart
You see you've got a choice but there's one thing you should know
Whatever you do you'll reap what you sow
He gave me a few moments to get myself together
Upon his return he passed me a letter
Dear Ms. Scorned I'll drop all charges on one condition
Thatyou take heed to the officer & simply listen I realized you've endured alot on your journey,
Youneed to learn to forgive others or be taken out on a gurney
You were facing death charges when you didn't believe
Until you had second thoughts & through prayer FAITH was conceived
Ms. Scorned I'm officer JESUS and I want to help you through this all
However I won't force you it's truly your call
My heart began to best again as tears filled my eye
All that's happened to me please tell me why
He motioned me to follow him unto another hall
As he pointed to a picture of Jesus on the wall
You'rethe reason I came from heaven down to earth
To show you that I love you & your real self worth
Thetime has come for you to truly decide
The judge is waiting to see you please step inside
I approached the bench as fate stared me in the face
Asthe judge read off my charges at a very slow pace
Ms. Scorned how do you wish to please today?
With no hesitation I bowed my head to pray.
Dear Heavenly father, Lord Jesus please forgive me for my sons and failing you, what will it take
To start all over with a clean new slate Nikki, my child your sins are forgiven as I have examined your heart
You are free to go forward with a brand new start.
