Happy Thursday to those of you who love Thursday’s due primarily because there is only one work day left in the week I guess…What’s new on the world news front in your neck of the woods? Mine nothing new…however I did see a few things about Michigan that are worth mentioning…because I pick on Florida so much I thought I better dig up some Michigan Classics…I may have told these before if so I am blaming it on my age…if not, well then cool. A lady distraught and angered by a neighbors dog filed suit and charges against a couple who owned a beagle that apparently harassed their dog…It is interesting only due to the fact she thought she had a case against the couple. In August, Julie Leach filed a lawsuit in Macomb County, Mich., seeking at least $10,000 from the owners of a beagle named Patch, which Leach said was constantly enticing Leach's German shepherd, Holly, to chase him. In 1995, during one of Patch's escapades, the pursuing Holly was run over by a car and killed. Leach says Patch's owners should pay for permitting their dog to harass Holly. Ok…I can understand the loss of a pet is very sad. I do not intend to make light of this case at the death of a dog…but more so over Ms. Leach for even thinking she had a right to ask for payment due to dog’s being…well dog’s! Dog’s chase things, one another cars, parked cars…those dog’s learn fast but…dog’s will be dog’s…What was Holly the German Shepard supposed to do? Oh hey look, that damned Patch is out again, I better sit here and guard the house while he acts stupid running around and such…Dog’s chase dog’s… it’s a dog thing…
Ok, in other Michigan not so proud news… Chris Morris filed a $1 million lawsuit against the state of Michigan in November, claiming that he caught a cold in the rotunda of the state Capitol while viewing an art exhibit there earlier in the year. Hmmm I wonder if I can file a law suit against our great state for me catching a nasty cold too.
That was just crazy to think anyone had the … well the spirit to do that… ok onward in Other Michigan claims to fame In January, Michigan state security officer Canute Findsen, 43, was shot to death in Lansing by fellow officer Virginia Rich, 51, but then he shot Rich to death just before he died; police believe Rich was upset that Findsen had made one comment too many about her being overweight. And in January in Providence, R.I., Ricardo Guerrero killed himself rather than face prison for shooting and wounding Johanny Urbaez at a nightclub; according to police, Urbaez had precipitated the incident by referring to Guerrero as "fatso." I remember speaking of this a while back… Apparently Virginia did not like being called Fatso…You know…name calling is just what it is childish. Why on earth do people get so upset over name calling? I mean my gosh have a little backbone and let it role off your back…no sense bringing guns into play or knifes…If I had a dime for all those people that were killed do to people calling them names…or referring to ethnic slang’s over it…I would be the richest man in the world.
There I picked on Michigan… I could go into the fact about our great Governor…but that horse has been rode one too many times by me…

All those David A lovers, you no doubt are going to get your wish…I can’t wait till the crown his 342 tooth ass with the win so I do not have to see his father anymore in the stands…talking about riding a horse too much…my gosh camera crew you would think the father was the second coming of Elvis…oh and by the way… I do not care what anyone says…that kid Butchered Elvis’s Song the other night…It was hard to listen to… Ok I am done David A bashing…
