I just read a bullitin on physical abuse and it saddened me and it brought back memories for me of my own experiences and I think we are forgetting the other abuse that stays long after the bruising fades and the broken arms heals...The EMOTIONAL AND Psychological abuse that like a snake slithers quietly and softly into our spirit and once there starts squeezing and crushing it to death until we are left more broken than any physical assault..
How many times have we heard from the abuser

NOONE will ever love you..you are not worthy.you are nothing..you are lucky to have ME!

She is still forever left with the echo of his voice in her ear, in her mind adn in her spirit

The snake has branded himself on her spirit and even with therapy and time she will never ever be the same..SHe may even try to cut herself to cut at the words in her head or worst case scenerio She overdoses to forever shut up the abusive emotional things the abuser subjected her to all those years..and thus she kills herself.
