I have mentioned this in the fuMafia Blogs, with many who agree with it, with no response from Admin about their oppinion on it, except to reject my Blog Posts.
There are many who complain about the gap between Blingers and Non-Blingers. And many things have been introduced in the game to try to make things more "Fair" for both sides. But, it never fully addresses the issue, and it's never fully fair. It always favors 1 side or the other. When it's made fair for Non-Blingers, Blingers complain because they spent "Real Money" for their Wins, only to get easily beat by someone who has paid nothing (which is understandable, I would be pissed too). And when it's made fair for Blingers, Non-Blingers feel that they can't keep up with the pace because of the Gap that is there that the cannot catch up to easily (such as the 5,800 Skill Points difference in the Diamond Missions that now seperate Blingers and Non-Blingers who are the same level).
What I propose happen is a "Bling Ranking". A Character Title, telling how much Bling has gone into that Character. "Master Blinger" for the top Blingers who are Maxed Out on everything, "Intermidiate Blinger", "Semi-Blinger" for those who use very little Bling, and "Bling Free Champ" for those who have used 5 Refills or less (taking into account the Refills given to us at Christmas, etc... is why I mention 5 Refills). Even more Categories can be decided, this is just from the top of my head.
Make it so that you cannot Attack beneath your own "Bling Ranking". Just like in levels you cannot Attack down a certain amount of levels (depending upon the persons level) because it is "unfair". Hitlist, of course, is free game, no matter what "Ranking" you are Categorized in, but off the Hitlist, this will even things out between Blingers and Non-Blingers.
A Blinger who Attacks a Non-Blinger, is usually always going to be a guaranteed Win, and there is no Challenge to it. If it is made where Blingers must only Attack other Blingers within their Ranking, it brings the Challenge back in to the game for them again, because now they would have to Challenge themselves to make sure to build their Characters to be able to beat another Blinger, rather than to be able to beat just a random Non-Blinger.
Also, it would eliminate people being upset about Scrubbing back and Blinging to Max out, because Scrubbing wouldn't be a problem anymore (and Scrub exp can be restored back to normal) since things would be Fair between both sides. And lets face it, Scrubbing was ALWAYS allowed back when it made Fubar tons of Money. Now that people get it through Missions, now it's suddenly "It was never inteded to be used for that".
I DO know however that Admin want to make this site as Fair for both as much as they can, and creating a Bling Ranking, will fix that problem. And exp in Scrubs could come back again for it would not be an issue anymore between both sides. After all, dropping the Scrub Exp Loss to only 2 exp each, will also result in a Decline of Money for Fubar because it would not be Purchased anymore because there is no reason/purpose to.
