An old poem of mine - still my personal favorite, on a very personal subject.
Perfect Pain
Crawling, prowling across the sheets
Some animal, some wicked beast
Primal urges pulse through hot flesh
Forced and coarse, two bodies mesh
Driven deep and wet with sin
Pounding out the beat within
Coming undone, unglued, unwired
The saintly sweet tinged with Hell’s fire
Curves and angles pulled and stretched
Deep lines of the erotic etched
Dragged across immoral ground
Crying out with immortal sound
Dive into me and fill my soul
Kill the need and make me whole
My body craves, my mind embraces
My river flows and my heart races
Harsh whispers bite into your ears
My muscles ache, eyes filled with tears
I’ve begged you to come desecrate
This hallowed ground, this holy place
Panting, paining, we pull apart
And now it’s yours, this wretched heart
With all the damage that I’d have you do
Don’t you know that I love you?
