2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of cayenne
Dash of salt
Finely chopped pecans
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings; mix well. Chill. Shape into ball, roll in nuts. Serve with crackers.
During the party season, leftover cheese ball can be reshaped and refrigerated until the next event. Will keep up to one week.
