Let me start out by saying...to each and everyone of the STAFF....thank-you for joining the STAFF at Brandy's Rest Stop......
Just so You all know and i dont ahve to go thru same speal to each one or couple of you at a time,I am all new to this lounging thing....so plz bare with me as i stumble and finger out how all this works, lol and if that dont work,well i'll fake then!!!
Due to the fact this is the holidayz , and ppl are hard to reach, i am not gonna strip my current staff of titles they hold until i touch base with them!!!
Most of my current STAFF are good friends and my FU_FAMILY, helping me out til i get other STAFF, with few positions it will really depend on timing so to speak!!!!
If anyone has suggestions, plz feel free to let me know, some of You been doing lounges for long time and i am willing to hear what You have to say...LOL...doesnt mean i'll do it, but i will hear it out!!!
Couple things i am sure of and would like this to be respected, by all including myself....
If anyone feels another staff member was outa line i dont want it aired in lounge, we should keep things like that private, and if I AM UPSET OR HAVE A BONE TO PICK , OR FEEL A STAFF MEMBER NEEEDS"scolded"(for lack of better word), I WILL NOT DISRESPECT THAT PERSON BY AIRING IT IN LOUNGE OR PUT THEM ON SPOT IN FRONT OF A CROWD,(unless extreme circumstances),and I EXPECT NOLESS FROM ANY OF YOU TOWARDS ONE ANOTHER OR MYSELF!!!!WE ARE FAMILY AND CAN AND SHOULD WORK IT OUT AMONGST OURSELVES!!!
OK ABOOUT LINK DROPPING, MYSELF, MY AWESOME HUBBY, and MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE, can DROP LINKS AT ANY TIME, all STAFF AS I LEARN AND YOU SHOW ME THAT I CAN TRUST YOUR DISCRETION WILL APPROVE OTHERS REQUEST TO DROP LINKS, (still working out fine details on this link dropping "rule")..DAMN I AHTE THE WORD RULE...FFS!!!!
I WANT LINK DROPPING TO BE PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR LOUNGE FAMILY THAT IS IN A CONTEST , OR HAS AUTO'S, THINGS OF THAT NATURE, BUT ITS NOT TO DROP LINK TO ALL YOUR FRIENDS, DOESNT MEAN FRIENDS, THIS TOPIC MIGHT BE OPEN FOR DISCUSSION OR OR SUGGESTIONS, AT LATER TIME!!!
I WOULD LIKE IT TO BE ALL OF US HELPING EACH OTHER MOVE UP IN LEVELS .RESPECT, REPUTATION AND SO FORTH!!!
