Another night another dream of the deepest love
Dreams of love are all I have to share with you
In the morning the dream vanishes with the light
Leaving me filled with anguish and fright
The night becomes a friend of mind
The imagined touches seem so real in my mind
I wake filled with torment at being denied this love
Searching throughout the land trying to find
The one that is mine that fills my night with dreams with love
Will I ever find this person or is love just as unkind
Tormenting me for pleasure and amusement at its leisurely time
I drift back into my dreams at night finding that special someone
Another night and another dream of my loving beau awaits me in kind
