Entry for April 24, 2007
I got some girl fired lastnight, cause when i went to the bathroom she was on her cell, and it wasn't break time either ,and then i found out from the person that works behind her she'd been gone for a 1/2 hr, and last friday she stole off the food truck that comes to work, so at lunchtime some were talkin about her and i said guess what and this other girl... goes what ya got her fired and held up her hand to do a ^5 .... so i got called into the office over it . And my boss is lookin thru the handbook, which is a totally differant one than I have since I work thru an inhouse job agency...anyways he found in the book where it says ...."dishonest of trust " and made me read those words to him, which it's in the area for things you can be fired over, which he told me that becomes and issuse with HR, well by the time all of this had happened their was no HR rep in the bldg. The only reason i snitched her out is cause when i had orientation we were told that if you go to the bathroom and it's not break time you should tell someone if that person is on the phone . So anyways i go into work and 4 hrs later i'm let go over doin a ^5, which the person that walked me out told me that someone said it was a long drawn out convo about things, which it wasn't and that others are suspose to be repremanded as well. Wished I coulda been a bug somewhere when 2nd break started, since when I was walkin by others had this look on their face . I'd been there a whole 10 months today too, damn it, so i got to work a whole 4 hours tonight ....
