MY mom is my biggest fan, let me say that again my mom is my BIGGEST fan. When she heard her baby girl was recording an album she told everyone,I mean everyone. My mom runs a preschool, she spends most of her time changing diapers and naming states on the map. In other words, she isn't so into the "hip" music scene as she calls it. When she saw the video for the first time, she didn't care that I was crawling around on top of a gorgeous model and making obvious implications of infidelity. She was so proud of her little girl she talked to anyone who would listen and told them where to find it, not to mention the fact that she posted it all over her facebook page, which she normally only uses for farmville. ;) 

Those were small potatoes though, no my mom was moving on to bigger and better marketing strategies now that the album was fully out! When my mom heard I was going to be on Wild N Wet Radio chatting with fans in the chat room... she was in! We chatted all night about the music, and she was not shy about answering questions about me, even though she got a little shy when sex was brought up. Most of the time I think my mom pretends my songs never have explicit lyrics. 

Here is a recent list of the most shameless plugs my mom has done since the album dropped on April 1st 2001.


1.) Wrote on the drink coaster "check out my little girl on iTunes, Tiffany Grace" and left it in the bill at the end of dinner for the "cute waiter". (my mom tries to help me meet "nice boys" whenever possible)

2.) Went to a candy store and while checking out asked the clerk how they pick the music they play in the store. The young woman said "I like different stuff, things other people don't know about yet" my mom said "perfect, log onto iTunes right now and put on "Tiffany Grace, it's G-R-A-C-E"

3.) Googled "how to email the entire world", but found through a series of searches that this was probably not legal

4.) Literally made threats to people on facebook about re-posting the link

5.) While shopping for a new computer, my mom asked how the speakers sounded. She then told the sales person to go to iTunes and type in her favorite artist "Tiffany Grace". After playing a few songs she smiled and said "That's my daughter, it's good isn't it....go buy it, actually can you buy it now?"
