I'm a 6'8" 280 lbs, green-eyed, and blond haired male. I'm educated, witty, articulate, urbane and cooler than the underside of a pillow. I'm way laid back and refuse to have anything but a fantastic day. I mean really why would one want to have a bad day?

While most would consider me aloof, I'm anything but. I'm actually a very passionate person. I just do not get excited about trivial things, and life is full of trivial things that really don't matter in the grand scheme. Why expend emotional energy on those sorts of things when it can be conserved for those things which one has passions?

I was born and raised in Kansas. I have also lived in California, Chicago, Idaho, Florida and Washington state and Nashville, TN. I now reside in Hendersonville, NC

Musically, I really enjoy Blues. Joe Bonamassa, Susan Tedeschi, Keb Mo, Taj Mahal, Roxanne Potvin, Junior Kimbrough, Anthony Gomes, Sue Foley, Tommy Castro, Tab Benoit amongst a lot of others. I also like alternative country, especially Red Dirt and lots of the Austin artists. The crap that they are churning out on Nashville's music row nowadays doesn't do it for me.

Unless it's sports, I donot watch much TV other than the Daily Show, Colbert Report and once in awhile Rachel Maddows. I probably watch way too much sports. I love my Notre Dame Fighting Irish football, my Kansas Jayhawks basketball, my St. Louis Cardinal baseball, and my Los Angeles Lakers.
I also am an avid reader that partakes in numerous genres. As far as movies I gravitate towards dark comedies or documentaries.

I am always down for new friends.
