Wow, today really sucked. I had to put my dog to sleep today. Damn, it is one of the worst feelings ever! She was 13 years old and such a good friend! I can't stand how much it hurts. Why do dogs have to have such short life spans? They are our best friends, so loyal, so loving and they show such unconditional love! Where did the time go? I can't believe I got her when I was 20 years old. She had been through so much with me. Always willing to lend an ear or a shoulder to cry on. It's just so unfair! I will miss you forever my sweet little girl. I know that you are in a peaceful, beautiful place with plenty of squirrels to bark at and chase!! I will always cherish you and your wonderful demeanor!
