Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
Salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 can Ranch Style Beans
1 can Ro-Tel Original Diced Tomatoes
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup milk
1/4 cup Velveeta® cheese
1/2 bag Tostitos® Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips
Directions:
BROWN beef and onion in skillet. Drain. Add cumin, salt, pepper and chili powder.
COMBINE beans, tomatoes, soup, milk and cheese in large saucepan. Cook and stir until cheese is melted. Add beef mixture.
PLACE a layer of tortilla chips in bottom of baking dish. Top with beef mixture and remaining tortilla chips.
BAKE at 350°F. until hot. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream
