So I am on the phone bitching @ HP for a out of warranty unit... the " guy " on line says his name is " Maverick " and he is OBVIOUSLY not from this country ...ie " over there " ... why do they try and use names that are SOOO fake to sound " American " ... anyone know anyone named Maverick except James Garner ?

Oh and FYi... the funniest part is I work on a helpdesk so I know all the tricks of the trade on trying to get things done or get the caller off the phone so these bishs have no clue what they are in for when I am talking to them.
