we all have those crushs on Tv stars and movie stars...well mine is " Flo " from the progessive ads..that rockabilly haircut and bright smile drives me ...rawr rawr rawr...

The wife knows all this and is gonna dress up on Halloween as her for me ( rawr ) and she wrote progessive ( also our insurance carrier before Flo™ ) to inqure how to get a " tricked out nametage " and they wrote back saying they are thrilled that I love the ads so much and are sending her a " tricked out nametag " and an " I love insurance button " and the best part...

Well Gavin choose to come in about a month early and ta daaaaa here he is via emergency c-section.  He was born @ 3:44 today and wieghed @ a whopping 3 pounds 5.9 oz. Rather small but so far he is doing great. O2 is good so he is breating on his own. He has pooped already ( yay ) and is holding his own heat. I am uploading pics in a few min and of course expect more once things calm down. ( yes we are g33ks and brought laptops to the hospitol ) .

 

Mom is doing well...rather tired and sleeping soundly and im starved....

 

Update day 1. He is holding his wieght and heat well...still haveing a little trouble holding down food but thats expected when your a month early ( my 2nd daughter by my first wife was born @ 1 pound 9 oz and was fine...in fact 17 and pregnant ) we dont have any clue when he will be able to come home but they estimate about a month. Good news is we are about 5 min away from the hospitol so its nothing for us to get here...

Update day III

Well I will say..hospitols SUCK for fatehrs cause there is NO where to sleep..lol SO i went home to catch a few hours of shut eye and just got off the phone with the wife, everything is fine...he likes boobies and ripped his feeding tube out. Damn rebel kid ( like I expected less ) but all in all everything is fine. he is still holding his own so I will guess to say he will be out in about two weeks . Ok momma wants McDonalds so its back to the hospitol for me.

 

 

UPdate jume 30th

 

Well the docs said he wuld prolly come home around his due date but being the little shit he is and the pain in the ass buy not listeing to anything anyone says ( he is my son after all ) instead of july 31st the boy will be coming home most likely tommorow ... YaY ...which means I have a whole house to clean from top to bottom to get everything ready...RED BULL DONT FAIL ME NOW !

 

Well we are home...it took forever @ the hospitol ( suprise ) but all in all it was a good stay. the nurses , doctors, even the housekeeping were all excellent. he is feeding on the teet as speak and the pets are sniffing around like WTF but thats just thier curiosty. Things are still gonna hetic but hey...thats what kids are for ! New pics up soon as i can catch my breath...

dante0wns is gonna be a dead yahoo name after 10 years im bored with it so I am changing it to " DiabolicDante " ( without the . in the name like earlier reported ) so add if you want... I will keep the other name alive for a few more days but after that its gone !... Holla !

As some of my or not know my wife Carrie ( as if I have more then 1 wife ) was diagnosed with MS 2 years ago. For those of you that dont know what MS is its multiple sclerosis and the easiest way to explain it without getting all technical ( trust me I have heard enough of it ) in a nutshell the body and brain are confused and it attacks the good cells in the brain thinking they are bad cells. Like when you get a germ in you your immune system attacks it well in a case with multiple sclerosis it attacks the wrong part and causes all kinda of problems. Carrie has alot of things that try and keep her down with MS but I have never seen her " Give up " . Some of the symptoms she gets are pretty severe yet she stands tall day after day no matter how much pain she is in. She works a full time job, Is a college student and now is pregnant with our first child. On top of all that she STILL has to put up with me ! ( that alone...ehhh... I dont wanna talk about it ..LOL ) ANYWAYS..The whole point of this blog is tell you about the MS walk . Every year we walk to raise money for the research and hope to find a cure for multiple sclerosis. I know alot of you are farrrr away so you cant walk in our local one but in a effort to raise funds I am hitting up as many people to donate. In theses times of reccioson I understand if you cant donate aalot and im not asking for anything big ( but we will take it !! ) so I am asking all my friends and anyone who reads this to donate a little something to the case.
