NEEDED:
mortar & pestle
heat proof bowl of sand or incense censer
incense charcoal
herbs and spices (no peppers or hot spices)
essential oils
Choose the dried herbs to use.
Toss them together and begin grinding them
into a fine powder with the mortar and pestle.
When they are thorougly powdered, add a few drops of oils if you'd like.
Lite your charcoal & sprinkle a light layer of powder on it.
Sit back, breath deeply and enjoy the fragrance of your labors.
