Locked Missions:

They will most likely say "LOCKED" because you don't qualify!!

If you look at your mobster, you will see the achievements. If you hover over the coin, it will open and if you hover over the items on the list, at the top it will tell you what you have to do to achieve that. Each achievement category is named ie: Wise Guy, Earning Bones, Runner.

You will also notice the requirements to run the missions is getting all the achievements in the category.

Lucky Poker Chip Locked Mission: You must be a Runner, takes 50 energy. You have a 5% chance of finding a chip. If you get one, you keep it forever, you can't sell it and it shows up in your equipment with your scrubs. It works sort of like the safehouse. Sometimes it comes into play, and other times not. You can only ever get ONE. So if you get one, that mission is dead to you, it will apparently give you the same message as if you try to get more than one knuckle. It also shows up in their feed each time your chip has been used during a battle-VERY large!!

Witness Protection: 

Witness protection gets rid of:
1) your player link color
2) link to your fubar profile
3) makes direct links to your player show as invalid (but in-game clicked still works)
4) makes you impervious to bookmarking
5) removes chat/shout links from tooltips

You enter WPP, change your photo and name and wait for people to figure it out if they ever do. Most choose to not change their pictures as many smarty pants out there always manage to use the picture to find their way back to your profile.

The Revive a dead mobster mission: You can bring them back to life when they are off line, it will give them 25 points of health, basically to help out a friend so they don't lose their cashflow while off line and dead OR to revive your merc. Requires- Energy: 1,000
