It is one of your tasks in this lifetime to utilize this time here to lift the frequency of the energy here from that of fear to that of love. This is an awesome task and well worth doing. It involves millions of people and is most critical. Begin, of course, with yourself, meditating and lifting yourself out of the vibrations of darkness and fear and shining out with love and light. Remember that you are a light, and that light always drives away darkness. Light does not wage war to conquer darkness. Light shines and darkness has no choice but to retreat.
And there is another level of energy which is above this and vibrates at a higher level, and at this level thought turns to manifested reality. At this level, rather than even focusing on the darkness and on the fear, you are within the grace of love completely and your thoughts change the reality which is around you. At this level, you begin to blur the line between what is perceived as reality and what is perceived as thought. At this level, you are, and what you are begins to change what else is. At this level, the lines are indistinct to you, even though to others there may be miracles occurring around you. At this level, you are the miracle and as such do not even quite perceive the results of your energy projections, since you are a purer form of energy.
Many seek this state and it is very real. But there is a paradox here and it is one you should contemplate. If you attempt to enter the state of pure manifestation in order to acquire and possess, the very attachment to that which you desire will hold you out of the state. For if you had the spiritual purity to enter a state in which your every wish would manifest, then you would have no wishes. You would be in a pure state of acceptance of things as they are, for you would recognize that all is exactly as it should be, at this higher level. And entering this state with an intention in mind is always walking on the razor's edge. At any moment that intention, that desire, can pull you out of the state that is necessary for its manifestation.
But if you lift yourself into this state with purity and learn to explore it with freedom and love in your heart, then from time to time, you may carry a gentle intention or two with you as you travel. A delicate arrangement indeed, but one that some have managed to navigate.
And if you enter this higher state with purity of soul and with nothing but love in your heart, and if you learn how to stay here for some time, in the world between worlds, then you may sometimes have a glimpse or two into the next level higher. Just a glimpse, for it is not really possible to live this life on earth and live completely in that higher level as well. It is not possible, for at that higher level, this life no longer exists. What we think of as reality is completely dissolved in particles of light and even those particles then dissolve into a mist of beingness, of oneness, of the great connection, the great all. And at this level, the only reality is that it is. There is no more.
And so, begin here with this life of yours and replacing fear with love. Begin here, by spending the time each morning to breathe deeply and meditate. Know that there are gradations of energy, and just learning to quiet your mind and body and emotional self and lift yourself up into the next level, even for moments, is highly beneficial. Begin with a morning routine of breathing and meditation, and then spend moments here and there each day to open the crown of your head and let grace flood in, the golden light of love, the energy from higher planes. Let it flood in and fill you. You do not need to exist on higher planes in order to bring the energy down and to turn yourself into a beacon of love and light, lighting the world around you.
And in your moments alone, in quiet, consciously lift yourself up, consciously ask that your energy be increased and then feel yourself rise, feel yourself float up into the higher levels. And there, just let it be. Do not try to accomplish anything, for that trying will bring you back down. Just learn to feel what it is like to vibrate at a higher frequency. And then just practice and pay attention, always reaching for purity, light and love. This is the way.

I am light. I am love. I am filled with the purity of spirit from head to toe. My energy is pure and clean and I glow.
I ask that I may be lifted ever higher into the light. I ask that my heart may be filled completely with love. I ask that I may shine so brightly that I am a beacon, lighting the world around me.
I am light. I am love. I am power and energy. I am.
