So I now have insomnia again. After years of not having it, well it was replaced by panic attacks and the likes. I now am back in the land of insomnia. For the last 2 nights I actually got to sleep, real sleep, long uninterupted sleep, except for when the baby woke up and needed to sleep with me. Now on day 3 I am back to starring at a computer screen, unable to fall asleep. I have my man telling me to go to sleep since I have a really long day ahead of me, but can i get to sleep NO!!!! So I must go and finish this another day cause the baby is up again.
