So I wish I could get into REALLY good shape. I've been trying to lose the 10 pounds I gained about 6 months ago, and I am having a hard time with it, due to the fact that I love to eat, and often, and that I don't excercise LoL. I know I'm not heavy, I just don't want the extra baggage I've gained. I've been trying to do crunches, but the 50 I do every other day or so are not going to help. I just wish I could get motivated to excercise. I just never feel like it. They say excercise is good for you mentally too because it releases serotonine in your body, which is the "happy" endorphine, so you feel really good afterwards, but all I ever feel is tired! LoL I guess I just don't do it long enough. I think CT is part of the problem! If I didn't spend so much time on here, maybe I wouldn't have gained any weight in the first place! LoL oh well.
I really want to be in good shape and have a bangin' body, so maybe I will try harder. Doubt it, but wishful thinking!
