I am really dragging ass right now. Went to bed at 11:30pm last night, and was up at 2:15am for a death call. Here it is 10:00 am still haven't been to bed. Won't get a chance until after 3:00pm today.
Had a death call yesterday too. So the next few days are busy. but I am getting ahead of myself.
I have pretty much been working 7 days a week. Either my phone job, or something with the funeral home. But I needed to.
Well earlier this week I made my last child support payment. So that is one headache out of the way. (still have many more).
I noticed that even though I cut back the number of hours I was working the phones per day. I was still getting short with customers. So I came up with a good plan. Work 3 days, and take a day off. That would give me either a total day off, or to do maintance at the funeral home. Seemed like a good plan, (at the time)
Well had a death call yesterday, but it was a Life Legacy call (great program) but the family still wants to do a memorial service here at the funeral home on Friday, (tomorrow) then this morning we got another death call. Been up all night prepping that one. So the family wants a visitation tomorrow night and the funeral on Saturday. Then back on the phones. So my next day off will be wednesday.
Then I looked at the yard. (been racking (sp??) leaves at the house. That is when I noticed that this winter hasn't been that cold and I need to mow the yard. Now when am i suposed to get time to mow the yard? I have to get back on the phones at 10am. The Memorial service is tomorrow. and it is suposed to start raining at any time. with rain until Monday. I was hoping that the weather service was wrong, and with the low chance of rain not being until sunday that I might get a chance to do it tomorrow morning. but it really looks like it will rain real soon. and even if it doesn't the grass will just be too damp to get it done. (if any of you have mowed a yard, you know that wet grass just lays down, it doesn't cut. or if it does, it just gums up the lawnmower.
I guess I will figure something out. Right now I am just trying to stay awake while I am here answering phones at the funeral home until my mom (the funeral director gets back), then to my other phone job.
As you can see I am just rambling. but it is one way to stay awake.
Damn and I need to get a hair cut too. (really suxs being bald on top. makes the sides really look messy when you don't keep it short)
Well I haven't blogged in a while. Not much to say. I haven't even been on here much except to check messages and comments. Mostly have been off the computer or been on cherry tap. Mostly off the computer the last couple days.
So I am sorry if I have ignored any of you lately. but then my closest friends have my messenger and/or e-mail anyway. So you know how to reach me. and if you don't have it, but want it. Just ask. I will give it to you.
Well enough rambling, think I need another cup of coffee.

Well I am nodding out here. so time for coffee and a walk down the halls of the funeral home. FYI. I hate this computer at the funeral home. I have worked on it for months. and can't figure out what is wrong with it. best bet now is 1) hard drive about to die, 2) processors is about to die, 3) mother board is about to die. 4) power supply is about to die, 5) bad drivers. I know i am virus free, spyware free. and has enough memory
but the damn thing, can take forever to bring up a page, or just plan lags, and the drive needs to be defraged monthly, and with xp. if you aren't deleting a lot of files, (and they aren't here) then defrag should only been needed about 2 times a year. anyone have any ideas??
