Was watching the news. What I heard really pissed me off. Thing is we have no one to blame but the voters that put them into office for voting for them without checking thier voting record.
Now the democrats blame President Bush and his oil company buddies for the high cost of gas. Well think about it people. Yes the oil companies are getting rich, that is what business do, they aren't a charity. but think about it. Where do they get thier oil? They get it from overseas, and those other countries control the price of oil. So how do we fix that? Well get get the oil from the United States. Then if gas is high priced then we blame the oil companies. Now Bush wanted to open the off shore oil drilling to American companies. Forgein countries like China are allowed to drill off our shores, but American companies can't. So we are paying overseas prices for American oil. Why, because the democrats in congress, voted down the bill that Bush put up to allow the American companies to drill. So who is really at fault for our high oil prices? Bush who wants to drill for American oil, or the Democrats that will only allow foreign countries to drill off our shores. So who is really at fault for our high gas prices? Bush or the democrats that say only foreign contries can drill off our shores. Or you can think about it this way. The democrats are forcing us to pay more for gas because they know people won't look at what the voted for, that they will just listen to what they say, and blame the republicans for high oil prices. So don't vote for the party, vote for the man with the best voting record in congress. You know they don't want you to know how they voted. Try to look up offical congressional voting records. They make it very hard to find out. They don't want you to know they really voted for, That way they can say one thing, and vote another. Now that is just as true with the republicans as it is with the democrats. Any honest polictian, with any ethics, would publish the offical congressional voting record so all could see if they really wanted you to know the truth.
Now on a different but related subject. I have a lot less sympathy for the people of Louianna. They are asking for more federal money because of katrina. Yet at the end of the year last year they were arguing over how to spend the 3 billion dollar surplus they had. If you have a surplus, Well since it came from the federal government you return it. If you and I got too much money from the federal government you know that they would be all over us to give it back. And we sure as hell wouldn't be asking for more. But they are. on top of that. Today the Lousianna legistrture just voted them a 200% pay raise. Guess who is paying for those pay raises. The American tax payers from all over the countries thanks to the idiot voters that put those crooks into office. The smart people will be the ones that check the afadavits, 13 of those representives signed papers saying that they will refuse the pay raise. Only 13 of all those law makers have any ethics. How much you want to bet, come next election most of those that took the pay raise will get re-elected. The ones that didn't won't. That is just how the system works. At least this time the honest ones are trying to make it public who took the pay raises but who didn't. But many are trying to information private so no one knows who is screwing us over and who isn't.
Well that is my rant for the night. I really should avoid watching the news so I don't give myself an ulcer.
Now do your research, then pass this imformation on. Maybe enough people will see it, and maybe it will make a difference. I doubt it, but at least I can say I tried.
Oh and for those Obama voters. How many of you know he was only a senator for 147 days before running for president. And he has the experence to run the country. Do your research, see if what he says is true or not before voting. I know there are idiots out there that would vote for mickey mouse if he was a democrat, If you are dumb enough to vote party line instead of for the man, well don't blame when well all go to hell in a handbag.
