I Kissed You In A Dream.
As night came to my life,
I lay down in my bed.
I close my eyes so tight,
On my pillow I lay my head.
I dream of sweeter things,
Of a life I wish to be.
A girl with hair so bright,
And a love that`s meant to be.
We walked the beach alone,
Moonlight danced off her hair.
And all the love I`ve never known,
Was shared with me right there.
And just before I woke,
You looked into my eyes.
You kissed my lips and held my hand,
And it all just felt so right.
The morning finally finds me,
Awake and wondering where,
I can find you now and I wonder how,
And do you really care.
My arms are empty now,
And silly as it may seem,
The love my life`s been missing,
Was found there in my dream.
