2 1/5 hours of fencing last night and fairly rigorous. First hour was point control exercise which I desperately need. Then the next 1 1/2 hours was Flasche's which are brutal.
I was sore from head to toe yesterday but this morning I don't feel so bad. I am planning on hitting the gym tonight and get on the elliptical to keep the blood flow going and stay on this downward weight loss trend. Hopefully I will break the 270 barrier tomorrow.
