Help Us Buy Bullet Proof Vests for Police K-9s in Georgia
Please help me, Gordon (the provider of these e-mails), raise money for a good cause...
The members of my ScanGeorgia web sites are raising money to buy police K-9's bullet proof and stab proof vests by donating to Vest 'N PDP, a non-profit organization that uses donations to purchase vests for K-9's throughout Georgia. Each vest costs $695, so far we (the members of the ScanGeorgia web sites as well as Community Watch subscribers) have already purchased four vests and have donated $268.52 towards a fifth one.
The first vest we raised money for is being donated to the Snellville Police Department in Gwinnett County, the second one is going to the DeKalb County Police Department, the third one is going to the Winder Police Department in Barrow County, and the fourth one is going to the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office. You can help decide which agency will receive the fifth vest by participating in a poll on the ScanGeorgia.com web site. (http://www.vestnpdp.com/)
