Ingredients
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. garlic powder, or 2 cloves garlic, minced
1-2/3 cups chicken stock
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup plain yogurt
4-1/4 cups linguine, hot, cooked without salt
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese
fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
Combine flour and garlic powder in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Slowly stir in stock until smooth. Cook over medium high heat 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, or until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt. Toss with pasta and 1/4 cup cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and remaining cheese.
