howl's blog: "great news!"

I found out about a month later ( why wouldn't anyone tell me anything,beats me!!!! ) there was an earthquake at my work and it happened at 7 o'clock in the morning,apparently it swayed the building quite a bit and I was very very lucky since I don't show up till 7;30. Oh well,I start at 7;45 so I want some time to get my pc started,have water at my desk and gnash on some fruit and/or yoghurt. 30 minutes can be quite crucial I guess,I'd have been pretty shocked since I've never been through a quake before. Nobody would have even said a thing except I suddenly found the instructions on how to deal with earthquakes hanging on our walls and I know for a certainty they're not about to write on things that could happen if they didn't. Our management is not that protective anyway,so I started asking around and my horrible suspicions were true. What's crazier is,I live 20 minutes away from work,so I'm really glad ,I could have easily felt it from home,man that's way scary,and never knew it,cool.

I know that for a fact. I went to my apt complex laundromat this afternoon for a wash. It had been longer than normal since I could do the last wash of whites, so I had bought a dollar & 25cents to purchase a longer wash,instead of the usual dollar. So I got in there as always,broght my basket with all the stuff, and put the clothes into the machine with the soap.But when the time to insert the money came,well to my surprise the machine display just prompted me to choose what type of SUPER-WASH CYCLE I wanted. It was pretty funny,since usually you're only lucky so much,I'd have thought the most I could have found would be a normal wash,IF that! a saved dollar is a gained dollar,Uncle Scrooge would say,but on the way back I found another gift! the drier only wanted 75 cents instead of a whole dollar,which is the normal fare. Oh well,THANK YOU LAUNDROMAT FAIRIES!

I've been trying one of the hardest typing tests with the driver's license division three times before passing it but today I FINALLY MADE IIIIITTTTTTTTT. The first time they failed me because I "only" scored 74% and their passing score is 80%. The second time I was so down that even my score went way down..., down to 60% and today...TADAAAAAAAAAAAA a 96% score got me way over just "passing". IN YOUR FACE YOU STUPID SQUARE HEADS!!!! I wish that meant I have a job with the driver's license division , but it's not quite that easy. They still have to get me in for an interview and several people got to this stage,so I should somehow make them believe,that I'm better than the ones they're interviewing for the same position. Saying I need luck is a bit underestimating the whole picture,so please wish me a lot of that cute luck,will you guys?

I just called the doctor and they told me that lump was nothing but hormons and a bit of inflamation ,I knelt down in thanksgiving prayer as soon as I got the news!!! no matter what happens and how sad the times are,I still have hope for a big family and to nurse and nurture lots of babies. THANK YOU ALL FOR WORRYING ABOUT ME AND PRAYING FOR ME. Thanks for your support,for your care and your kind words.needless to say things like these are ever so more appreciated when life gets sore. I don't know what I'd do without you guys,I really don't! thanks again for being who you are. A 10 to you all,from a downrater j/k.
