God's Touch
GOD saw total darkness
across the seas and land,
so he created all things beautiful
with a touch of his hand
He gave color to the sky
with a sun to light the days,
sending warmth to the earth
from its golden ray's
Too the nights darkened sky
GOD scattered stars to and fro,
then, he hung the moon
to cast a subtle glow
Flowers, animals, mountains and streams
are some of GOD'S creations,
for when it came to the world
the LORD made no reservations
For six days GOD worked miracles
from the east to the west,
then on the 7th day, GOD declared
it Sabbath, a Hold Day of rest
So when you bow your head in prayer
be it morning or at night,
remember to thank the Lord above
for his guiding light.
