looking out my window across the field i noticed just how beautiful this world really is.sure we had a terrable disaster storm but onerlooking the broken trees and other distruction i saw the beauty.
the sun was shinning finally and was hitting the 6 inches of ice that clung to every tree,fence,house and even animals.it cascaded the surroundings with a glistening rainbow of colors and glimmer.
the cows,though i felt sorry for them,glimmered with a radiant light reflecting from the sun through the ice covering them,(yes they survived the storm)
the warmth of the large fireplace at my back made me shiver from the contrastig cold comming from the window.as i looked among the fallen ice covered braches that shown so beautiful in the sunlight ,my eyes fell across what appeared to be a klidoscpe of colors comming from my drive.i admired the beautifully colored ice comming from benieth the fallen branches.
yes,there is nothing more beautiful as sparkling colored.....WTF!!that aint no beautiful picture thats my damn car under there.
yes folks it was true.my brand new hemi challenger id saved for so long lay smashed under,in pieces.cascading the beauty of that bitch mother nature all over the drive.a head light.now hanging from the grill,made my grill appear to be smiling at me.the blue metalic paint made the ice suddenly appear menacing and it seamed to be challenging me.
as i walked up to the untotched drivers door i looked at the white leather interrior totally unscathed.i turned to go in and call my insurance company when i heard a shot.i closed my eyes for i knew what was happening.a second later i heard the echo of the last,lone hanging branch of my tree as it collided with the drivers side of what was left of my car.suddenly the horn began to blare and thats when it hit me,California sure would be nice this time of year!
well the insurance hasnt paid off yet but the travel agency has me booked,lol!
