On Saturday I was going to go get pierced, but a few things popped up and I didnt go. Not a big deal since I grew up with the guy who owns the shop. He wants me to come in - not just for the piercing but so we can catch up. He wants me to come in so bad hes offered a free ink session.
THE PROBLEM? I dont like his work, but weve been friends for over 30 years and I dont have the heart to tell him what I really think of his work.
WHAT SHOULD I DO????? Should I take the ink, hoping that I like it, knowing someone else will have to fix his linework? Or should I say thanks, but what I really want is to be pierced? I tried 'lets just go out for drinks' but that didnt work.....I think hes looking forward to putting a needle in me one way or another! |
