- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Mix all of the ingredients together. Cut meat into thin strips. Add to batter. Let stand 1 hour in fridge. Deep fry in heavy skillet.
