Now comes the plaintiff and moves this court for a judgment for damages in the amount of 10 gazillion dollars. The reason being more fully explained in the memorandum below.
MEMORANDUM
In the beginning God (the defendant) did knowingly steal a rib from Adam (the plaintiff) and create Eve. The defendant did knowingly create Eve, with the chemical Estrogen, which the defendant did know to cause mental and physical harm to plaintiff.
The defendant never warned the plaintiff of the diverse side effects of such chemical. The defendant being omnipotent knew of all present and future effects of said drug. Many studies future, past and present have been conclusive in their findings.
Said drug is well known to cause fits of delusion, paranoia, rage, rise in libido, and jealousy. Shortly after the creation of Eve and exposure to such, the plaintiff suffering from delusion did eat from the tree of knowledge and by punishment through the defendant cause irreversible harm to all of mankind.
In the estimated 7000 years since the time of creation the defendant has refused to recall Eve, or make any changes in the chemical make up of such. Through propagation demanded by the defendant in his order to go forth and be fruitful the chemical has been reproduced millions of times and now has reached epidemic proportions, that threatens the existence of mankind.
The damage this drug has wreaked on mankind throughout these years is indescribable. The defendant had it within his powers to recall said product and issue warnings of diverse side effects. The defendant has refused countless times to accept responsibility and blames mankind for these effects.
It should be clear to this court that these effects are clearly the fault of the defendant and we pray this court renders an order to the defendant to halt the immediate production of said drug and pay to the plaintiff and all parties the amount of 10 gazillion dollars.
