18 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
nuts of your choice (optional)
Combine milk and semi sweet chocolate chips. Melt on stove top (can use double boiler if you wish or just keep on very low heat) stirring constantly untill all the chips have melted, remove from heat stir in vanilla and nuts. pour into a wax paper lined 9x9 in dish. Let cool for several hours. Cut into small bite size pieces.
For Peanutbutter fudge, swap out chocolate chips for peanutbutters and follow the above recipe.
