Hot Buttered Rum
1 tsp brown sugar
Boiling water .
1 tbsp butter
2 oz Dark Rum
Pour sugar into cup & fill with boiling water. Add butter & rum. Stir
& sprinkle nutmeg over the top
Bouncy Bear
1 ½ oz Bourbon
¾ oz Orange Curacao
1 tbsp Grenadine
Juice of ½ Lime
1 cup ice
Shake with ice & strain into cocktail glass.
Top with orange slice
Red Hot Lovin’
½ oz Bourbon
½ oz Amaretto
½ oz Southern Comfort
¼ oz Sloe Gin
1 splash Triple Sec
1 splash Orange Juice
1 splash Pineapple Juice
½ cup ice
Pour all ingredients over ice into a hurricane glass & stir.
Top with orange slice
Nightmare
1 ½ oz Gin .
½ oz Madeira
½ oz Cherry flavored Brandy
1 tsp Orange Juice
Ice
Shake with ice & strain into glass
Gorilla Milk
1 oz Light Rum .
½ oz coffee Liqueur
½ oz Irish Cream Liqueur
½ oz Crème de Banana
1 oz Light Cream
Ice
Shake with ice & pour into a hurricane glass 2/3 full of ice
Top with a slice banana.
Sex on the Beach
1 oz Vodka
1oz Peach Schnapps
3 oz Cranberry Juice
3 oz Orange or Pineapple Juice
Add several ice cubes to a highball glass
. Pour all ingredients & stir.
Beer Buster
1 ½ oz 100-proof Vodka
Chilled Beer or Ale
1 dash Tabasco Sauce
Put Vodka into a glass & fill with beer or Ale.
Add Tabasco Sauce & stir gently.
Duplex Cocktail
2 oz Dry Vermouth
2 oz Sweet Vermouth .
Several dashes Orange bitters
Ice
Mix ingredients with ice in a mixing glass stirring
briskly & strain into a chilled cocktail glass
