Dreams
It feels like a dream
one that I want never to wake from.
I hear you breath
and I melt.
When your arms are around me
the world seems to go away.
The sudden butterflies appear
and my knees go weak.
The sound of your heart beat
so in tune with mine,
makes me wonder
how I ever survived without you.
I hope that the days
of us not being together forever is over.
To tear us away from each other
would surely be the death of me.
Never to wake from the dream
I would surely give my everything.
My heart is yours forever
as yours is mine.
