OKLAHOMA CITY -- Thunder coach Scott Brooks was happy to see his team get off to a fast start that made his job easy at the end. Russell Westbrook shrugged off a sore shoulder to score 19 points and Oklahoma City cruised past the Toronto Raptors 108-88 on Tuesday night.
