2 eggs
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 can creamed corn
1/4 c. sugar
Powdered sugar
Mix first 5 ingredients together and drop by spoonful into hot oil until brown. Turn over to brown other side. Sprinkle powdered sugar over them and serve. Yield 30 fritters. Preparation: 10 minutes. Cooking: 15 minutes.
