Good Morning. Seeing how Bonnie and Peg lounged out at Peg’s Pool and wanted me to do the dinner (cooking it) over at Peg’s house I decided to grant her wish and bring my cooking skills on the road… Nothing like showing up with food in a bag to cook for two brown as berries totally relaxed ladies. Phil had just gotten home from work only minutes before I arrived and he met me out at the car. “They talked you into cooking eh..?” I said “Yeah, call me the Galloping Gourmet” He offered to help with anything and said you know you really didn’t have to bring your whole kitchen over… I laughed because it somewhat did look like I carried over all my grilling tools and pans…but it worked out and they were all more then happy. Funny thing is Peg hobbled into the house to see what Phil was helping me with and was stuck finishing what he somewhat started. I gave him the has browns with red peppers to brown on the stove while I did the Walleye and Shrimps on the grill. With very little mess I used 5 gallon size Ziploc bags to tote Shrimps and Pableno Peppers, Walleye and Ginger rub with Raspberries, Sliced Zucchini sliced Mushrooms & pepperoni and those Potatoes with Red Peppers. The Potatoes with red peppers were very little work due to the fact I just grabbed a frozen bag of has browns added diced up red peppers and closed the bag and handed to Phil and said knock yourself out. But! The Rat told Peg Marty would strangle me if these turned out bad so you cook them… The last bag I had Old Bay Rub in with varies other spices to season the seafood and veg’s…….. I believe everyone enjoyed dinner and there were two reasons I came to that deduction…there were no left over except a spoon or two of the Potatoes Phil was in charge of but gave Peg to finish and secondly after we were done eating Peg said what’s on the menu for tomorrow night….
All in all Bonnie had a fabulous day for her Birthday.
I had to remind the Florida Bell Gals that their Mothers Birthday was today….funny thing is before I arrived I knew the two girls had not called their Mother to wish her Happy Birthday yet, however Jessica called a whole Month before and wished her Happy Birthday June 9th and was embarrassed to find out she was a month early…and then forgets yesterday, calls gets Peg because Bonnie had just exited the pool to use the Powder room and Pegs picks up Bonnies Cell and immediately Jessica is singing Happy Birthday in the God Awfulness Voice ever and Peg tried repeatedly to say “ WAIT!!! WAIT!!!! It’s not your Mom she is in the bathroom…” To which Jessica started screaming “I am a bad bad bad daughter! I forgot Mom’s Birthday…” After she got off the phone with Peg she called Jax and started on her about letting Jessica forget Bonnies Birthday… Never a dull moment!!! Never… Mandy’s excuse was she was going to call her on her way to work, and I do believe she was sincere with that excuse… Anyway the Birthday went off with a Great day for Bonn Bonn like I said…
Other then that there was tons of goofy things in the news but I will save those for tomorrow, but for now I wish for you a Fabulous Day.

Oh and like I said cooking away from home on another man’s grill is all about the spices, Peg said Phil lost his grilling Privileges to me.
