An easy chicken recipe with pineapple, onion soup mix, and chicken breasts. This recipe was shared by Sandy H.
INGREDIENTS:
* 3 whole chicken breasts (about 1 lb. ea.), split
* 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
* 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks in natural juice, undrained
* 1/4 cup maraschino cherries, halved (optional)
* 1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Recipe Soup Mix
PREPARATION:
On heavy-duty foil in shallow baking pan, arrange chicken brushed with butter. Broil 10 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides. Reduce oven to 350 degree. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients pour over chicken. Fold foil, sealing edges airtight with double fold. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Make about 6 servings.
