1 Tbsp black pepper
1 tsp table salt
1 tsp fresh thyme
16 oz raw chicken breast, no skin
1 cup lettuce, green leaf (raw)
1 medium, raw onion, cut into slices
1 cup sliced, raw, yellow tomato
1 tsp honey
1 tsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp trans-fat free blend margarine
4 tsp red wine vinegar (1 tsp for each plate)
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (177 degrees Celcius), season chicken breasts with salt, pepper and thyme
2. Place in baking pan coated with cooking spray and cook for 20-30 minutes until done
3. In a small pan, over low heat, melt margarine, add onions, while stirring constantly, slowly add brown sugar and honey so onions carmelize
4. Set aside when done, arrange plate with lettuce and yellow tomato slices with red wine vinegar, add cooked chicken with carmelized onions on top
