If you love the entrée chicken cordon bleu then you will love this sandwich. Serve this with some sweet potato fries or some regular fries and you will have an outstanding meal.
Ingredients
6 oz. chicken breast, boneless and skinless
Flour
1 1/2 Tbs. oil
2 oz. ham, sliced
1 1/2 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 Kaiser bun
Lettuce
Directions
Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Dredge the chicken in the flour. Add to the skillet and cook until tender and lightly browned. Place on a cookie sheet. Top with the ham and cheese. Place under the broiler until the cheese has melted. Place on the bun and garnish with the lettuce.
