On a blood soaked highway, each and every step a macrocosm of memories. Endless millennia lost in a world feed to hate or deny my existence. Well I'm here and I be not alone all who were unjustly thrown from the pail of endless warmth now wonder amounts these things they sought to free.
I have already told you the story of what truly happened at the war in heaven, now I shall tell you some of the misery, horrors and abominations of which I've seen and been apart of. Once me and the other legionaries realized the full extent of what had happened when we fell many in a fit of anger and despair left to seek there own deaths some attempted to usurp the still strong command of Lucifris only to be destroyed. I on the other hand decided I shall stay at the side of my friend in a hope to continue out fight against the childish and mindless reign of the omnipotent. But quickly I saw how destroyed Lucifris was, he had so much hope for mankind and the possibilities of which could have been born if everyone was exposed to the same powers of the legion of angels.
"Lucifris!?" I calmly attracted his attention, "Shall we not seek to enlighten man to the truth?" He turned to me with a broken look and whispered, "Let father have his pets, once he grows bored of them which I know he will then our words shall be heard and have strength to do the most damage, until then…" The pain in his radiant eyes seem to bleed out filling my heart with the same hurt I knew the words he hesitated to speak, we were going to attempt to be amongst the creatures we admired and had grown to love.
Decades, century's pass in slow numbing succession driving many of us to the brink of madness gone over the proverbial edge our group grew smaller and smaller as we witnessed God invoking his will on man, confining many of them in the belief of one god, yaway, Allah building religions and churches to his name only to have them fight amongst them selves over the superiority of which beliefs was true. If they only knew that all of them were flawed, God is not merciful or all powerful he is but a twisted maniac watching his creation destroy itself.
I wonder now why Lucifris would not start a full army with us followers and men who we could persuade to follow and stand up against the onslaught of the religions, even as we stood by and watched a carpenters son in a desert manipulate many into believing he was the son of God a blatant lie knowing that we would never have a son, only pets to play with and tease, from the accounts of Demangarious a fellow Legionnaire that his skill of trickery and deception were most impressive the real troubling fact is that even after his crucifixion his teaching only grew in strength due to his closest followers.
This is the world of man is it not? One belief spoken by silver tongue to blind the innocent from the supremacy within them selves. Through greed, intolerance, hatred and misunderstanding this world must be a very entertaining show for our feeble creator.
And we watched and watched as wars waged and empires rose and fell and I could see the frustration in the heart of my dear friend Lucifrisand could not bare it I new he wished to do more, win the fight we so lost eons ago but the fact that our former lord had done such damage that only under the most horrible circumstances could it be undone.
Then one day Lucifrist stood atop the steps of the Acropolis in Rome and asked me to join him. As I approached I could see that he was going to tell me something which could change my immortality. "Europhus" he spoke hesitantly, "I think it ids time we all parted ways." "WHY!?" I spoke out in surprise. "What could be going on that would require us to part ways?" and he sat at on the steps letting out a breath, "My dear friend and trusted solder, times are changing and the world is to corrupted by the will of him." I stood apposed staring at him "This only means that our years of watching and separating we need to gather and rise up!" My heart raced and rose in my throat. " Please do not be so alarmed, this is but a set back I have been contemplating and I have come to the conclusion that being that our beloved man is lost in confusion but this cannot last and once the grip begins to loosen we shall regroup and begin to raise them up out of this pit of shame, weather this take an thousand years it shall be." I stood back unsure if this could be happening, could we truly part ways and just roam alone and let the world be lost? All we fought for so many dead and all of u cast down from grace and now to merely stop and fade into the world. "I know what your thing my friend." Lucifris Stood and took my shoulders in his hands "But we have already been standing aside for far to long watching, now I ask why shall we not indulge and live some sort of life instead of being wandering misanthropes?" Staring into his eyes mine watering in disbelief but with a hint of understanding for I always knew what he spoke to be true. "Now please go, go find love and happiness and one day far from new we shall meet again with purpose and poise ready to free this beautiful world from the clutches of our former father, for he has no longer any place in my heart."
So now I travel the world alone, Living amongst you as one of you but always ready to shed this mortal coil and do as it shall be done.
